LOCATION, PARKING AND ENTRIES
Innovate Newport is located at 513 Broadway, Newport, RI, 02840. It is a large brick building and you’ll see Simple Merchant Coffee at the front entryway.
Innovate Newport has two full sized parking lots on either side of the building. If the lots are full, there is ample street parking along Broadway and Vernon Ave.
If you are a guest, attending an event, or looking for more information, check in with our Community Manager at the front desk through the second set of glass doors when you arrive.
Innovate Newport is conveniently located in the heart of historic Newport, with easy access to Downtown, Middletown, and only a 5-minute drive from the Newport Bridge.
Innovate Newport's business hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. Simple Merchant Coffee is open on the weekends.
