For the second Industry Spotlight of the year\, we are partnering with Blue Venture Forum to focus on BlueTech!\nJoin us for a dynamic event including networking\, interactive tabling\, and a pitch contest with a panel of investor judges and prizes for the winning companies!\nAGENDA: \n4:30 pm – Reception & Refreshments\, Exhibit Tables \n5:00 pm – Welcome from Innovate Newport and “state of the industry” from Blue Venture Forum \n5:15 pm – Startup Pitch Contest \n6:15 – 7:15 pm – Exhibit Tables & Networking\, Reception & Refreshments \nPitches: \nThis event will include a pitch event for select blue technology companies. \n\n\nAdvanced Alloys Nanotech\n\n\n\n\nDolgo\n\n\n\n\nLeVanta Tech\n\n\n\n\nORPC\n\n\n\n\nPliant Energy Systems\, Inc.\n\n\n\n\nSeatom\n\n\nApplicants must be: \n\nDeveloping a defense or dual-use technology with clear application(s) in the marine & oceanographic industry.\nBeyond the prototype stage.\nFocused on actively raising an investment round.\n\nParticipating investors include representatives from Angel and Venture Capital organizations. Cash prizes will be awarded.
