Startup Pitch Competition

The Greater Newport Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with Social Enterprise Greenhouse (SEG), will host a Startup Pitch Competition at Innovate Newport on Friday, October 6 (1:30-3 pm), as part of RI Startup Week 2023.

Startup Pitch Competition

The Pitch Competition will allow up to 10 startup businesses (in any industry) an opportunity to make a 3-minute presentation to the audience, in order to compete for up a comprehensive prize package that includes cash, legal services, marketing services, as well as business support services. In order to be considered for the Startup Pitch Competition, the startup business must be Rhode Island based and 5 years or younger.

Startup companies who wish to participate in the Startup Pitch Competition must apply to be considered by September 21. Applications will be reviewed by a panel and finalists will be notified of the opportunity to pitch prior to the event. Each pitch will take place in the Conference Hall at Innovate Newport on the day of the event and a panel of judges will make the awards. APPLY HERE
