Rhode Island has always had a strong connection to the ocean and the industries surrounding it like tourism & recreation, marine trades, and fisheries. The Blue & You summer speaker series will provide information that will help citizens understand what the blue economy is and how it impacts them. These engaging sessions led by panels of experts will highlight new developments and opportunities within the blue economy, including innovative solutions to problems, job opportunities, and exciting collaborations across the state and region.
